Thursday 22nd Aug Watch this space for a date, place and time-in October to join IWHC ‘s Weavers Program participants and friends raise some funds for Dementia AustraliaAre you currently caring for or have you previously cared for a loved one with dementia? We understand the challenges you face and are here to support you through the "Weavers Program." Our peer mentors walk alongside carers throughout their journey, offering invaluable support, guidance, companionship, and a listening ear, drawing from their own experiences. The program warmly welcomes new carers and Weavers alike, with the goal of ensuring no one feels alone in their caregiving role.
