I’m hosting a Cuppa to raise funds for all people living with dementia.
I’m hosting a Cuppa to support people living with dementia.
Every dollar raised helps make a difference to the 446,500 Australians living with dementia, and the families and friends who support them every day.
Help me reach my fundraising goal so together we can help ensure that no one faces dementia alone.
Your donation could help Dementia Australia:
- Provide free, confidential support through the National Dementia Helpline, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Deliver trusted dementia information and resources, including translations in multiple languages.
- Expand our network of Memory Lane Cafés, where people living with dementia can connect, share experiences and enjoy meaningful moments together.
- Fund vital research to improve care and work towards future breakthroughs.
Pop the kettle on. Let’s show up for dementia together.

Our Great Community in many locations.
Saturday 5th Sep
At Longevity Senior Services, we believe getting older should never mean slowing down on life. It should mean continuing to move, connect, learn, laugh and enjoy the years ahead with confidence and independence.
Our 50+ community brings together health, fitness, wellbeing and social connection in a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to participate at their own level.
Through our growing range of programs, we offer Tai Chi & Qigong, Strength for Life, 50+ Boxing & Self Defence, Flexicore, gentle fitness and circuit-style training, all designed with the needs and abilities of older adults in mind. Our focus isn't on keeping up with anyone else—it is about helping each person maintain and improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and confidence.
But Longevity Senior Services is about much more than physical exercise.
Our 50+ Club creates opportunities for friendship and connection through morning teas, social activities, information, education and simply having somewhere you feel welcome. We understand that social wellbeing is an important part of healthy ageing too.
We also take our knowledge out into the wider community, delivering programs, presentations and activities covering areas such as falls prevention, personal safety and self-defence, healthy ageing, Tai Chi, strength and maintaining independence.
Our philosophy is simple: we don't train people to be younger—we help people stay stronger, safer, healthier and more capable for the life they want to live.
Whether you're already active, returning to exercise after a break, looking for greater confidence, or simply wanting to meet some wonderful people, there is a place for you within our Longevity community.
Health • Connection • Independence
Because life after 50 isn't about stepping back—it's about continuing to step forward. We have 19 classes across the Macarthur at The PIT HQ Smeaton Grange, Leppington, The Oaks, Warragamba, Bingara Gorge, Picton & Campbelltown
