We are hosting a Cuppa AND running a raffle to raise funds for all people living with dementia.

We are taking part in Cuppa Time for Dementia on Thursday the 31st October to raise funds that support more than 410,000 Australians living with this condition right now. 

But we need your help!

Join us for a cuppa on Thursday the 31st October at Washington Drive or purchase a raffle ticket between now and then from the My Plan Connect Office. 

Please support us so we can continue to help people with dementia by providing the services and support they need every day.

Dementia is the leading cause of death in Australia. And overall it comes in at number 2. That's why we need to do something now.

• Offer counselling services
