The reason behind this
Monday 24th Aug As most of you know my mum passed away in April. She had dementia.For years we slowly watched her fade away but every now and then
Mum would let us know that her cheeky side was still there.
They don't call loving a loved one with dementia the long goodbye for nothing. It is a hard long adventure.You just slowly say goodbye to a part of them that is gone.
For me the hardest part was her not recognising me as her daughter anymore.
