You can make a difference to people with Dementia now and possibly in the future

Did you know Dementia is Australia's number 1 leading cause of death among women in Australia. And overall it comes in at number 2. That's why we need to do something now.
There are many different types of dementia – in fact there are more than 100 different types, with the most common form being Alzheimer’s disease. That's the one our Mum/Nan has and that sux because noone has found a cure for it or know how to slow it down.
So every day we love the time with have with Mum (Chrissy) and truly appreciate the support we get from amazing services like Dementia Australia who helped us navigate this wicked journey and Mum's memory space at LDK.
As dementia continues to impact so many families across Australia, we are turning our personal journey with Mum's Dementia into a heartfelt fundraising initiative to raise much needed funds to support other families impacted by dementia and bring awareness.
So on Thursday, 23 October we will host a morning tea (Cuppa Time) at our work places and hope you too will join us.
In previous years, we have raised over $4,500 by hosting afternoon teas and last year an Art Show.
This year we aim to be the biggest year yet so please donate, and/or have a morning tea at your work and use the page link to raise funds.
So grateful to you!
Let's tackle dementia, together.
Thank you for your support.
Great job you are doing Belle
