I’m hosting a Cuppa to support people living with dementia. 

Every dollar raised helps make a difference to the 446,500 Australians living with dementia, and the families and friends who support them every day. 

Help me reach my fundraising goal so together we can help ensure that no one faces dementia alone.  

Your donation could help Dementia Australia: 

  • Provide free, confidential support through the National Dementia Helpline, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 
  • Deliver trusted dementia information and resources, including translations in multiple languages. 
  • Expand our network of Memory Lane Cafés, where people living with dementia can connect, share experiences and enjoy meaningful moments together. 
  • Fund vital research to improve care and work towards future breakthroughs.

Come and join me and my family as we support a worthy cause. Dementia affects so many of our loved ones, whether it be a friend, a family member, a grandparent, aunty or uncle, I have witnessed the deterioration in a number of my loved ones over the years including a work colleague who lost her battle in her early 60s. My daughter wanted to do a bake stall in our street to raise funds for this cause as her great grandmother battles with this disease as well as an aunt and other family members we have already lost along the way.  We will be organising it for the weekend of the 17th and 18th of October. Message me for more details. Bring your small change to buy some goodies, share a cuppa and enjoy morning tea to honour, remember and support those with Dementia. Of course if you can't join our morning tea weekend, we would be happy for you to donate to this link whatever you can and keep us in your thoughts as we battle this horrible disease together. Our goal is $2000 for Dementia support.
